Yoga Movement
The science of Yoga is being misinterpreted all over the world. The 8 Step Yoga is a powerful, simple and intuitive path that everyone can follow. The base of this path is Mantra from the right source. I have learnt this path from the Ganges river bank hermits of Hrishikesh. I will now teach this path to the entire world in the Yoga Movement starting from 1 January 2021. I hope all of you will join the movement.

YOGA MANTRA
ReplyDelete'AUM NAMAH SHIVAYA'
This Mantra denotes Shiv and is the base of Yoga.
YOGA TRATAK OBSERVATION
ReplyDeleteIn the science of Yoga we observe the color black. As the concentration on black develops, you will feel that you are starting at a lamp. We then work in the light of the lamp. This lamp in black technique follows from making the mind steady, like a lamp in a windless place. You should practice meditation with your eyes closed and make it black inside till you can see a lamp.
DHYANA YOGA
ReplyDeleteThis is the YOGA OF MEDITATION. We sit in meditation posture in a comfortable place. Then we close our eyes and look within. We first try to look at light within. We then trust the points of light in the head. Soon you will be able to see the inside world as clear as a dream. We can observe the hells, the earth and the heavens. We can also see the worlds of the planets.
'As in the body, so in the universe.'
We go as deep within as we can, till the source of thought. As we go deeper, the upward rising force becomes more powerful. The deepest thoughts become known.
It is important to meditate with a MANTRA. You can choose any MANTRA you like depending on its effect and your nature.
KARMA YOGA
ReplyDeleteThis is the YOGA OF ACTION. This means that you have to work with the MANTRA. You can choose any MANTRA you like depending upon its effect and your nature. The concentration on work is just like concentration in meditation. The work is in the state of relaxed alertness.
You have to go in as deep within as you can, with the MANTRA sounding in the skies. Then the deepest thoughts will apply to your work. There is the inward stroke of meditation and the outward stroke of meditation. Both go together. You have to stay relaxed with the MANTRA in the cosmic plane while staying in work on the physical plane.
'For him who is moderate in eating and recreation, moderate in effort in action, moderate in sleeping and waking, Yoga is the destroyer of sorrow.'
